How LeaseLens uses AI[1][3]
LeaseLens reads an uploaded commercial lease, runs it through OCR, and extracts more than 200 standard fields such as critical dates, renewal options, and premises square footage into a structured abstract in minutes. It uses machine learning built by Zuva from the Kira Systems contract-analysis engine, with GPT-4 generating plain-language summaries alongside the raw data.
- • Extracts over 200 industry-standard lease fields including title, critical dates, renewal options, and square footage
- • OCR converts scanned leases so the machine learning model can read and classify clauses
- • GPT-4 produces human-readable summaries on top of the extracted abstract data
- • Optional human review from a partner abstraction firm for bulk lease projects
AI type: Machine learning clause extraction (Zuva DocAI, descended from Kira Systems) combined with GPT-4 summarization
API: Zuva offers DocAI, an API-driven document intelligence platform underlying LeaseLens
