Know an AI-native proptech company we should list? We welcome submissions from founders, operators, and anyone tracking the space.

Every submission goes through our standard verification process. No exceptions. No paid placements. If the AI claim holds up, the company gets listed.

What to include

Send us an email with the following details:

• Company name and website URL
• What the AI does. Be specific. "Uses machine learning" is not enough. Tell us the technique (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling) and the problem it solves.
• Category. Which area of proptech does it serve? Examples: property management, construction, leasing, asset management, maintenance, legal, finance, tenant experience.
• Evidence (optional but helpful). Links to product docs, technical blog posts, or demo videos showing the AI in action speed up our review.

What happens next

1. Our team reviews the submission and visits the company's website.
2. We evaluate the AI claim against our three-tier verification standard.
3. Companies with verified AI capabilities get added to the directory. Those with vague or unsubstantiated claims go on our review list for future follow-up.

Review takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on how clear the evidence is.
